Delivery Manager - F&A

Job Description

A Delivery manager is responsible for making sure that services are being seamlessly delivered to the clients. He will oversee a variety of tasks, such as leading project teams, rectifying reliability issues, Problem Solving, Decision making, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining positive relationships with existing and new customers and provide excellent customer experience and business growth.

  • Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business needs

  • Experience in handling customer onboarding and Transition life cycle management

  • Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues and manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.

  • Leading the service delivery team, managing conflicts and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.

  • Determining ways to reduce costs and effectively manage FTE within budget and without impacting customer satisfaction.

  • Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve and refine services.

  • Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the services, delivery criteria and solutions for issues that may arise.

  • Develop appropriate key performance indicators to monitor and drive the performance of the business.

  • Provide monthly / quarterly high qualitative MIS for management review and analysis.


Education

  • Master’s degree in M.com /MBA Finance will be an added advantage.

  • CA / CMA / CPA preferred.

Experience Required: 14 +Years.
